2.1 Event registrations through our Website

Via our Website we collect personal data that you directly enter into the registration form:
  • Personal information: name, e-mail, phone, birthday, shoe size (for the purpose of providing safety shoes)
  • Educational information: school, degree, graduation year
  • In case you upload a resume: personal information that you provide in your resume
We process this information for the following purposes:
  • Manage our event attendees;
  • Contact you with regard to the job event you have registered for;
  • Run statistics with regard to our event attendees;
  • Improve our future events;
We process this information based on our legitimate interests for organizing job events and on your consent e.g. when you provide us with your resume.We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

2.2 Event participation

We may be taking pictures and record video footage of our event. Given that our event is in a public area with controlled access, and that we do not intend to photograph you directly but rather groups, we do this based on our legitimate interest to document our event for employer branding purposes. The photos and videos are stored by Atlas Copco for as long as necessary. 

2.3 Cookies

When you visit our website, we may send “cookies” to your computer. A cookie is a small text file or piece of data that a website that you visit can place or save onto your computer. Cookies do not themselves contain any personally identifiable information.
